Week 12 Spring Break

It has been a very busy week but best of all having a week off work couldn't have come at a better time!  The week started off with going to Boston to celebrate Carrie and Chelsea's 30th birthday with what else going to Cafe Flueri in Boston!!! Yes that is the chocolate bar from the travel channel.  It was awesome.  Even better I got to share the news with Colleen and Heather about the newest addition :) Baby even got it's first wedding invitation and can't wait to see Heather the beautiful bride!!! (Baby Hoffman told me that's the truth)

By far the best part of the week was going my doctor's appointment and I got to hear the babies heart beat!! This really made the pregnancy seem much more real.  It was like music to my ears! Heartbeat was 175,  it's a fast one :) I can't wait to hear it again. We were told that baby is doing great.  The next day we went for our quad screening/ultra sound.  Since Matt couldn't get out of work Carrie said she would come!  All the tests came back great.  Carrie and I decided that Baby Hoffman is like a Mexican jumping bean it was bouncing all over the screen.  Carrie was surprised how baby already looks like a real baby not a bean.

Time to Share the Exciting News!!!!

After almost 3 1/2 years of marriage, Matt and I are excited to finally announce that there will be a Baby Hoffman entering our lives in early November  just in time to see the end of the PSU football season!!!!! (Who knows maybe a 11/11/11 baby!)

The last few weeks have been exciting to say the least! Especially when you find out your pregnant (maybe 4 weeks at the most) 2 weeks later when we goto your ultra sound to find out  your are not 6 weeks but 9 weeks!  To say that least we know we are blessed and we are trying to enjoy every moment.

Matt is convinced that Baby Hoffman is a girl, but I guess only time will tell!
